Supplemental Educational Services Available for Title I Students enrolled at Northwest Academy Help your child succeed in school! Your Title I student may be eligible to receive extra help in the core academic subjects of mathematics, and reading/English.
Northwest Academy has invited tutors to meet with parents at 3:30 on Monday, March 12, 2012. Tutor providers will come to the school to provide additional information about their programs and answer any questions you have.
Begin by clicking the link to the Michigan Department of Education's Approved Tutors list. Review the ratings and services provided by these tutors. Once you have selected your preferred tutors, use the Tutor Selection Form.
Then simply complete this form and return it to Northwest Academy,
Your Tutor Selection Form is due by March 12, 2012 for your children to be eligible to participate.
Please be sure to select a first, second, and third choice of providers.
